This program includes all important aspects of implant dentistry: diagnosis and treatment planning, implant surgery, implant prosthodontics, long-term maintenance as well as prevention and management of implant complications.
At the end of the didactic program a hands-on session will allow participants to further refine their skills and to be competent in comprehensive treatment planning. Straightforward to advanced implant surgical procedures including localized bone augmentation, and the restoration as well as the after care of simple and advanced cases involving dental implants.
The didactic portion of the program is delivered in a cutting-edge e-learning online format. This will enable students to complete the program at their own pace at their own time without taking time off to travel. After the didactic section is complete, the kit will be sent to you to complete your hands-on modules. You will have a period of 7 days to complete the hands-on modules with the kit, afterwards the kit will be collected. Once the online and hands-on program is completed an optional surgical mentorship will be available to graduates where the skills are going to be practiced on patients in a personalized 1-on-1 over the shoulder environment.
The online and hands-on component of the program are eligible for 72 PACE approved hours, fulfilling the RCDSO and most other juridictions’ requirements for placing and restoring dental implants. CE hours will be allocated for the live surgical mentorship on an individual basis.
